Who does Valley Mental Health and Wellness serve?
Suzanne works with children, teens, adults, older adults, and families. She has experience with children as young as pre-school age, adolescents, adults of all ages, and a wide range of psychiatric symptoms and diagnoses.
What services are available?
Services include psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric medication management, counseling, coaching, care management, and guidance on natural approaches that can work alongside a mental health treatment plan.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Valley Mental Health and Wellness is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance companies directly. Patients may independently seek reimbursement through insurance, a Health Savings Plan, or other resources.
How soon are appointments available?
The practice is structured to provide appointment availability within 1–2 weeks of initial contact when possible. Hours are flexible and by appointment.
Where are the offices located?
Appointments are available at 100 Stine Dr., Suite A, Lewistown, PA 17044, and at Compassion Parochial Center, 150 E Chestnut St., Mifflinburg, PA.
Are first appointments in person?
Yes. To provide the best experience, all first-time appointments are scheduled as in-person appointments.
What should I do in a crisis?
Valley Mental Health and Wellness does not provide emergency services. Call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, call/text 988, or use the local crisis numbers listed on this website.
